We’re so glad you chose Miravi, and we truly hope you love your jewelry as much as we do! However, if for any reason you decide to return your item, we’ll be sad to see it go—but we’re here to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Nosepins are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at caremiravi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with instructions for returning the item.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. Refunds will only be processed if the returned item is damaged or if an incorrect product was shipped. To validate a return, we require an unboxing video of the item showing the condition upon opening. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within [7-10 business days].

2.2 Partial Refunds:
We may offer a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition—such as being damaged, missing parts, or showing evidence of misuse or mishandling. If the item has been altered or is not in a resaleable condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the damage or alteration.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Personalised/customised jewellery (unless damaged or defective).
  • Nosepin other personal jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns:
If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you simply wish to return the item for any other reason, such as a change of mind, the return shipping fees will be at your expense. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return transit.

International Returns:
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply when sending the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. In case of damage or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and any additional charges.

Return Shipping Instructions:
Once a return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address. For any returns related to damaged or incorrect products, we recommend sending us an unboxing video (as described in Section 2.1) to help expedite the validation process.
