1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
1.2 Exclusions:
• Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
• Nosepins are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@miravi.co with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with instructions for returning the item.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. Refunds will only be processed if the returned item is damaged or if an incorrect product was shipped. To validate a return, we require an unboxing video of the item showing the condition upon opening.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2.2 Partial Refunds:
We may offer a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition—such as being damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of misuse or mishandling. If the item has been altered or is not in a resaleable condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our return policy:
• Personalised/customised jewellery (unless damaged or defective).
• Nosepin or other personal jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns:
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (like change of mind), the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
Please make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
International Returns:
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
In case of damage or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and related charges.
